The Hair Force Salon was established in 1992 in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. Owner Marjorie Clarke quickly grew the salon as one of the top salons in her region. Winning numerous awards including the prestigious North American Hairstylist of the Year in 2006 as well as Canadian and Master Hairstylist of the Year in 2009, Marjorie quickly became a leading hairstylist and is regularly featured in top industry magazines such as Salon Magazine, Estetica USA, Salon International, Canadian Salon International, LaunchPad, HairColor USA, Star Magazine, MOD Magazine, Wedding Bells, Flare etc. With her creative edge and trained eye, she became a regular at New York Fashion Week styling hair for designers like Zac Posen, LAMB, Jill Stuart, MaxAzria, Herve Leger, Andy and Debb, Baby Phat, and BCBG.
Marjorie and her award-winning team at the Hair Force Salon strive for excellence and take great pride in their work. Each team member is dedicated to giving each and every client a current and customized style while enjoying a comfortable, modern atmosphere. The Hair Force team regularly give back to the community by transforming the hair of women who are victims of domestic violence to help prepare them for an independent professional life and help raise their self esteem.
